I’m very active and don’t really like sitting still for long. So when I saw I could try meditation as a moving practice, I was interested.
The idea of capturing that high from the endorphins I feel release after a good work out or run, was definitely intriguing, so I gave the program a try.
Wow, I really did not expect to learn, feel and experience so much on so many levels.
I was surprised at how deep I went into each moving meditation. It was great to have Maya’s Kundalini inspired moving meditations which were more vigorous than Maris’s Qi gong movements. Both brought me to a much more acute awareness of my mind, body and emotional connection, and prepared me well for the fun and interesting creative exercises that followed.
I’d definitely recommend this program to anyone who wants top teaching and methods to open their creative side.

I am not a disciplined person and loved the fact that I could get my movement, meditation and creative exercises all done so effectively and enjoyably in 30 mins a day.
I also get bored quite easily and need variety in my life, so having a different movement meditation and creative exercise to kick start each day, was enjoyable and kept me interested and committed to the end.
I was surprised at how much I had learned and done in 4 weeks. Definitely more actively engaged in my days and had 20 creative pieces to show for my time. I will continue with the moving meditations each day and look forward to doing the free photography and sculpture courses."
