Adrienne Gabriel

Adrienne is the creator and author of PlayitOut and the FUSION METHOD; a survivor of disease and near death, a teacher, life coach, hypnotherapist, entrepreneur, artist, mother, wife and lover of life.

She grew up in Africa close to wild animals, art and nature at her best. She received her BA degrees in Human Movement Sciences, Psychology and teaching before leaving Africa to explore the world. Whilst working in the movie business in LA, she was diagnosed with a life-threatening disease and nearly died on the operating table. After 3 more freak medical accidents, she realised it was time to take a new proactive approach to her own health before it was too late.

In a morphine induced vivid dream on her death bed, when doctors had told her husband it was all over, she found her teacher, Master Zi. The dream was too powerful to ignore so against all medical advice, she left the hospital.

She spent the next 6 years studying Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and Chinese 5 element theory, learning how to move and play with the energy in and around her. She became a teacher and joined her master in helping others with autoimmune diseases and other serious health issues.

After 12 years in LA, she moved to Spain where she continued teaching, coaching, and sharing the tools which had helped heal and strengthen her. Her passion for art and creative expression blossomed as she healed and opened, discovering new and deeper aspects of herself.

The Playitout FUSION METHOD, brings together the key elements and practices which she used to heal and live an inspired, energized, joyful and creative life every day.

Maya Fiennes

Maya is a mother, musician, composer, yogi, and author of “Yoga for Real Life.” Her approach to yoga is about using the tools that yoga offers in day-to-day life.

“Everything in life we have to experience fully. We create our lives, we paint our canvas, we write our scenario, we direct it, and we act in it. This process has a beginning, middle and end. That’s what you get each time you come to my class.”

Maya's approach to yoga is about using the tools that yoga offers in day-to-day life. She started yoga when she was a concert pianist to help her with the fear of performing, and to calm her nerves, but she soon realized that yoga helped her with anxiety and mental noise, too. Her deepest desire is to share the knowledge she gained to help people have a more fulfilled, joyful life.

Maya's digital presence is growing exponentially as she travels the world facilitating retreats, live performances, and teacher trainings. She is the creator of KundaDance, which integrates her talents as yogi, dancer, musician and knowledge of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. Wherever she goes she inspires, uplifts, ignites, energizes and empowers! Her profound light transforms all in her wake and to meet her is to love her. She loves life, loves to serve, loves to dance, and loves to heal. Maya Fiennes is a pioneer of new ways of feeling, thinking and sharing, and she wants to help you create the life that you want!

In the words of the great Deepak Chopra…

“To be in her presence, and feel her spirit, her energy, and her teaching is an extraordinary experience.”

Robert Burridge

In 1985, he turned his passion into his second career. He retired as an award-winning Industrial Designer and became a full time, contemporary fine art painter. Today, besides painting, he is a juror for international art shows, a college and national painting workshop instructor, and he teaches a fine art mentor program in central France.

His work has received lifetime honors, including The Franklin Mint Award Crest Medal Award for achievement in the arts previously awarded to Pablo Picasso, John Singer Sargent and Georgia O'Keeffe. His work hangs in permanent collections of international embassies, corporate galleries and art colleges worldwide. With solo museum exhibitions he was also invited to exhibit at the Smithosonian Folklife Circus Arts Festival in Washington, DC.

It is said, "Your heart doesn't know how old you are". For me, it's true. Painting every day in my small studio overlooking the Pacific Ocean, I feel like a kid again playing with colour, design, paint and canvas, which reminds me of the saying, "It's never too late to be what you always should have been." Follow your bliss!

Robert teaches a variety of painting workshops to professional and emerging painters throughout the United States, Mexico and France.
